The Universe
While not every detail about the KIRA Universe (KU) will be revealed here (we’d rather you discover it for yourself through the content), we felt it was necessary to share the general plot of the world, as well as the various factions and inhabitants, to help you get a feel for the direction.
We will also showcase some of the concept art and designs making their way into our future ARMA mod. Not everything you see will make it to the final cut, but it provides a solid sense of direction. We’ve kept this project secretive and mysterious up to this point, but now feels like the perfect time to share some of what we’ve been cooking!
Factions
First, let’s introduce some of the key factions within the KIRA Universe. Each has its own aesthetics, motives, and desires. Below are the four major factions, with many more minor ones on the horizon!
The Queen / Reaper Core (RC)
Queen Regent Sylphrena is a ruthless psychopath consumed by power and driven by a twisted desire to eradicate humanity. Her reign is one of cruelty, chaos, and unrelenting destruction. Sylphrena’s ultimate fantasy is total annihilation, and she’ll stop at nothing to achieve it. With the aid of a dark, otherworldly entity known as the World Eater, and a cold, merciless AI, she crafts nightmarish war machines designed to spread terror and crush the spirits of Neo Haven.
The Reaper Core’s aesthetic draws inspiration from the mechanical evil empires of Star Wars, fused with the raw, apocalyptic chaos of Mad Max. Settling on the Queen’s design took time and careful thought. Would her machines resemble insects? Would they feel alien? Ultimately, we chose a direction grounded in gritty, dark realism—because the more raw and visceral her presence felt, the more terrifying she would become.
Her war machines are towering, brutal constructs—dripping with oil, roaring with deafening engines, and belching thick clouds of black smoke into the sky. Their heavy frames are bathed in an ominous red glow, a hellish warning of the destruction they bring.
The Shadow Circuit (SC)
The Shadow Circuit is a rogue, criminal underground faction composed of skilled hackers, assassins, thieves, and PMCs. They operate outside the conflict between Queen Sylphrena and KIRA, but they’re not above working for either side—for the right price. Their ventures in black-market deals and mercenary work have made them incredibly wealthy, funding their own powerful mechanized army. For the Shadow Circuit, it’s not about loyalty or ideology—it’s about survival, no matter the cost.
KIRA Command (KC)
KIRA Command is the central military and strategic force of Neo Haven, operating under the guidance of the powerful AI, KIRA. Formed to defend humanity against Queen Regent Sylphrena, KIRA Command leads the charge in the battle for survival. It is a unified force composed of elite operatives, specialized teams, and cutting-edge war machines, all working together to push back against the darkness consuming the world.
We are still developing the aesthetic direction for KIRA Command, so we don’t have much to share yet. We are leaning towards a high-tech, militaristic look and feel but are in the process of refining it to make the designs as visually striking as possible.
Civilians
The Civilians are the inhabitants of Neo Haven, living under KIRA’s protection. Our NFT collections provide an in-depth exploration into the design and aesthetic direction for this faction, offering a glimpse into their lives and struggles within the walls of Neo Haven.
ARMA 4 and Unreal Engine 5

As part of our quest to expand the KIRA Arcade section, we decided to produce free mods for popular games and game engines.
Why mods?
They save time by allowing us to avoid building complicated code and games from scratch.
We can focus more on art, design, and story elements.
It helps us connect with gaming and modding communities worldwide.
Mods provide a faster way to share our ideas with the world.
After careful consideration, we chose ARMA Reforger by Bohemia Interactive. Bohemia stood out as one of the few studios truly embracing the future—especially with their support for crossplay multiplayer mods on PC, Xbox, and PS5. This approach aligns perfectly with our vision.
More than just a perfect fit, it felt like coming home. Having created mods for their earliest titles, including Operation Flashpoint, the stars aligned—everything pointed us to ARMA Reforger, and the choice became clear.
To clarify:
The cartoony aesthetic we’ve developed for certain aspects of the KIRA Universe will not be translated into the ARMA mod.
The KIRA Universe is designed to fit into multiple artistic styles, and we don’t intend to make ARMA feel like a cartoon.
Realism within ARMA will help us build a more grounded and believable world.
We fully intend to expand into other games and Unreal Engine 5 projects in the future. But for now, we’re excited to push the boundaries within the ARMA platform and bring our vision to life.
